This privacy policy attempts to explain in the simplest and most comprehensible terms possible what data may be collected when you visit my website and under what circumstances, and how and where this data is stored and processed, or can be processed.

Access to this website

When you visit this website, I can theoretically see your IP address, as can my web hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich (owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). According to its own statement, it does not create any server logs, so your IP address and other data sent to the server with each access are not stored. There is an order processing contract between me and ALL-INKL.com in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Encrypted connection

This website uses TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of sensitive data. You can recognise this by the fact that the address line of your browser begins with “https://” or a small lock symbol is displayed. The display of a secure connection varies depending on the browser and version you are using. Some browsers generally warn you if a connection is not encrypted.

If the data transfer is encrypted, the data transmitted between us cannot be read by third parties.

Cookies

This website may store cookies in your browser in order to remember your settings and preferences. These are technically necessary for this website to function properly. The information from these cookies is not stored permanently and is not processed in any other form.

Contact us

If you send me an email, your details will be stored in my email inbox and possibly in other documents (text documents, contact directory, etc.) in order to process the contact enquiry and its handling. I delete the enquiries and associated personal data if they are no longer required. I review the necessity every two years at the latest; in addition, the statutory archiving obligations apply.

Online presence in social media

I maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the interested parties and users active there and to inform them about news about this website. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of the respective operators apply.

If you communicate with me within the social networks and platforms (e.g. send me an enquiry or an order or other information by direct message), I reserve the right to store these processes (and thus your data) for processing and documentation purposes.

Embedded multimedia content

Embedded content such as videos are never loaded without your explicit confirmation (so-called “2-click solution”). Before loading the corresponding content, you have the opportunity to read the privacy policy of the respective provider and thus make an informed decision as to whether you want to load the content. Without your explicit consent, no data will be exchanged between you and the respective provider.

With your explicit consent (in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), the corresponding content is loaded in a frame. All content of this frame is provided by the respective provider and is subject to their data protection provisions. You must give your consent again for the loading of each individual third-party content.

I currently embed content from the following third-party providers on my website:

I can integrate the videos of the platform “Vimeo” of the provider Vimeo Inc., Attention: Legal Department, 555 West 18th Street New York, New York 10011, USA.

Youtube

I can integrate the videos of the platform “YouTube” of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Opt-out: adssettings.google.com/authenticated

Please contact me first so that I have a chance to address your concerns and put things right. If we fail, you can still take your complaint to the relevant data protection authority in your country.

Questions & feedback
